About us
Today’s famous Splitska Riva was once known as the French Riva during Napoleon’s occupancy and held its name long after his departure. Our Executive Chef utilises principles of French gastronomy to highlight Croatian Cuisine and presents it on a world class scale.
With our spectacular harbour-setting taking in the life and majesty of Splitska Riva, stylish and timeless interiors, quality of service and consistent standard of cuisine, Brasserie on 7 is acknowledged as one of Split’s most attractive dining venues.
Breakfast
Wake up and watch the Riva come alive! Starting with breakfast, we have you covered: from French pastries, fresh juices and freshly brewed coffee. For breakfast lovers we offer a traditional-style English breakfast, French toast & Eggs Benedict. Healthy options are also available, including our granola mornings and fruit salads.
Lunch
Our lunch menu takes a casual café approach, serving the likes of a Nicoise salad, grilled fillet of fish, light pastas, Gourmet Club sandwiches & aged beef burgers.
Pair up your casual lunch with a glass of wine or a refreshing cocktail and watch the yachts cruise in and out of the harbour. But before you leave for your afternoon siesta, make sure to sample our homemade cakes and desserts made by our in-house pastry chef.
Dinner
As the sun goes down, our Head Chef is busy preparing a culinary journey of contemporary Croatian cuisine with infusions of French notes.
Our dinner menu has been carefully created to promote Croatian cuisine on a world scale and infuse it with French origins. Examples include the veal risotto with the addition of sweet bread, our famous deconstructed Bajadera dessert or the Chocolate Terrine. For lovers of Gastronomy we recommend the 4-course degustation menu, with a wine-pairing option.
The Chef
Goran Dedic Zanko, our dedicated Executive Chef, has earned his culinary experience under the guidance of some highly renowned chefs at a number of four & five star venues. He is motivated by modern influences and recognises the importance of flavour, texture and presentation. He brings a fresh and innovative style to the kitchen and to the overall dining scene in Split.
